ARDEX B 552 is formulated from selected cements, graded sands, and high-quality additives. The product is easy to apply, water and moisture-resistant, and provides strong adhesion.
Application
1.Wall levelling mortar
Mix ARDEX E 700: cement: dry sand at a weight ratio of 1 : 1 : 1 to form a wet slurry. Apply evenly over the substrate surface, then apply ARDEX B 552 wet-on-wet to carry out wall levelling. Before application, forming screed guide strips on the wall with ARDEX B 552 is recommended to achieve higher precision in wall levelling. The single-coat thickness of ARDEX B 552 should not exceed 10 mm. For greater thickness, apply multiple coats.
2.Thin plastering on absorbent substrates
Trowel this product uniformly over the substrate surface to provide a strong bonding interface for subsequent levelling. Typical consumption is approx. 1.6 kg/m²/mm; actual consumption depends on the application method and substrate condition.
