ARDEX P150 Reinforced Two-Component Bonding Slurry (Sand Slurry) consists of a high-polymer-content water-based emulsion combined with a powder component made of special cement, selected graded aggregates, and special additives. After mixing, it forms a brushable slurry. It can be used for interface treatment on low water absorption tile backs, and for interface reinforcement treatment between interior/exterior substrates such as concrete and masonry and mortar levelling layers, improving bond strength.
After mixing, apply immediately with a brush or roller, evenly covering the entire substrate. When applied onto low water absorption tile backs, allow it to dry and harden before subsequent tiling installation. Each coat thickness shall be controlled at approx. 1.0 mm. When used as a bonding slurry (sand slurry) for mortar levelling layers, subsequent levelling mortar shall be applied wet-on-wet.
